Crispy Bacon-Wrapped Asparagus

- 1 lb. Asparagus Spears, trimmed
- Extra Virgin Olive Oil, to drizzle
- Kosher Salt, to taste
- Ground Black Pepper, to taste
- 8-10 slices Center-Cut Bacon
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Cover a large baking sheet with foil, and place a wire rack atop it. Drizzle the asparagus spears with the olive oil, and season with salt and pepper. Use a slice of bacon to bundle together at least two asparagus spears. Repeat with the remaining ingredients. Place bacon-wrapped asparagus onto the wire rack. Bake for 12 minutes until bacon is crispy and spears are tender.
