  • 2-pound ground chunk
  • salt
  • black pepper
  • garlic powder
  • onion powder
  • 6 hamburger buns
  • 6 slices American cheese
  • 12 crispy cooked onion rings
  • barbecue sauce

Heat grill to medium heat. Divide ground chunk into 6 portions and flatten into thin patties. Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder and onion powder. Place patties on grill and cook for 6 minutes for the first side. Flip and cook for 4 minutes. Remove patties from grill and add a slice of cheese to each one. Loosely cover each burger with aluminum foil and allow them to rest. Place a burger on each bun, add 2 onion rings and drizzle with barbecue sauce. Serve.
