Crispy Chicken Wrap
Serving Size / Yield
- 1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breast
- 1 C flour
- 6 tortillas
- 4 large leaf lettuce
- 2 tomatoes, sliced
Place flour in one bowl. Cover both sides of chicken breast with flour.
Fry chicken in a skillet for 3 to 4 minutes on each side, or until crispy and done.
Place chicken in tortilla and add remaining ingredients.
Heat on a panini press until grill marks appear.
