Avocados are delicious on their own but their even more amazing when deep-fried! Serve them with a side of ranch or honey mustard for dipping.

  • 2 C. vegetable oil
  • 1 C. flour
  • 2 tbs. seasoned bread crumbs
  • 1/8 tsp. ground cumin
  • 1 ripe avocado, peeled, pitted and sliced
  • 1 cage-free egg, beaten

Warm oil to 365 degrees F in a deep-fryer. Combine flour, bread crumbs and cumin in a small mixing bowl. Place beaten egg in a separate bowl. Dip avocado in egg and then coat in flour.

Add avocado to oil and cook for 5 minutes or until crispy and well browned. Serve warm.
