  • 4 lbs. chicken, cut into pieces
  • 1 C. buttermilk
  • 2 C. all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp. paprika
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. pepper
  • 1 tsp. coconut oil

Begin by mixing the flour with paprika, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Then, take the chicken pieces and dip them in buttermilk. Let them simmer for 2 minutes, then coat them with the flour mixture. Place the coated chicken on a baking sheet. Let the flour sit until it turns into a paste-like consistency. In a large skillet place coconut oil on it, and proceed to putting the chicken pieces on it. Cook for about 15 to 20 minutes. Place chicken on a plate and add some fries to it.
