  • 4 boneless pork chops
  • 1 egg
  • 1 T. garlic powder
  • 1 T. paprika
  • 1 T. onion powder
  • 1 C. flour
  • Whole milk
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Olive oil

Preheat a frying pan with the olive oil. Meanwhile, mix the egg and milk together in a small bowl. In a large bowl, combine the garlic powder, paprika, onion powder and flour together. Dip 1 pork chop into the flour mixture. Dip the same pork chop into the milk mixture. Place the coated pork chop into the hot frying pan. Flip when golden brown. Brown both sides. Repeat the same process with the other pork chops. Place fried pork chops onto a paper towel lined plate. Serve immediately with your choice of sides.
