  • 2 lb. Peeled Large Shrimp
  • 1/4 C. Olive Oil
  • 2 tsp. Minced Garlic
  • 1/4 tsp. Sea Salt
  • 1/8 tsp. Ground Black Pepper

Pat the shrimp dry with a paper towel. In a large plastic bag, combine the olive oil, garlic, salt, and pepper. Add the shrimp, seal the bag, and shake to coat. Refrigerate the shrimp in the marinade for 2-3 hours. Cook the shrimp on a preheated grill for 3-4 minutes per side until bright pink.
