  • 2 tubes refrigerated pizza crust
  • 1 C. ricotta cheese
  • 4 oz. sliced pepperoni
  • 2 C. cooked ham, diced
  • 2 C. shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 C. shredded Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 C. fresh tomato, diced
  • 1 T. basil

Preheat your oven to 400°F and lightly grease a large baking sheet. Roll out dough into a 14x11-inch rectangle. Spread half of the ricotta lengthwise on half of the dough. Sprinkle with half of the remaining ingredients and fold dough over, firmly pressing on the edge to seal. Repeat with remaining dough and ingredients. Bake for 20 minutes. Let cool for 10 minutes before serving.
