  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts, thawed
  • 1 C. plain yogurt
  • 1 pkg. taco seasoning
  • 3 C. crushed cheese nips

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Mix crushed cheese nips and taco seasoning together. Dip chicken breasts into plain yogurt coating evenly. Then dip coated chicken breasts into taco mixture coating evenly. Bake for about 20-25 minutes. Top with lettuce, shredded cheese, sour cream, or any other taco toppings if desired.

  • Easy to prepare! Not happy though with the time to bake. 25 mins is way to short to cook normal sized chicken breasts. Need to cook them longer. Wife says that I should have spread the chicken breasts out so they were not as thick...We will see.....
