  • 3 Tbs. oyster sauce
  • 1 Tbs. cornstarch
  • 1 Tbs. sesame seeds
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil for cooking

Whisk together the sauces, cornstarch, salt and pepper. Coat the chicken wings with the mixture. Let the chicken marinade as the oven heats to 425 degrees. Bake the chicken for 25 minutes and re-glaze it with the sauce. Bake for an additional 10 minutes and toss the chicken with the sesame seeds.
