  • 1 pkg. refrigerated biscuit dough
  • 1/2 C. grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 C. Mozzarella cheese, cubed
  • 1 stick butter, melted
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp. garlic salt
  • 1 tsp. dried basil

Spray the inside of your crock pot with cooking spray. Melt butter in a microwavable bowl and set aside. In a large freezer bag, combine the cheeses, garlic powder, garlic salt, and basil. Shake to to combine. Cut each biscuit into six pieces. Dip each piece in melted butter and transfer to the freezer bag with Parmesan and seasonings. Shake to evenly coat. Use any remaining butter to cover the bottom of the crock pot. Arrange the seasoned biscuits to cover the bottom of your crock pot. Distribute the Mozzarella cubes in between the cracks of the dough. Cover and cook on a low heat setting for two hours.
