Crock Pot Chicken

There is an easy trick to cooking chicken in the crockpot.

Ingredients

  • Whole chicken
  • pieces of foil rolled in balls
  • olive oil spray
  • seasonings

Directions

Place rolled up balls of foil in bottom of crock pot. Spray chicken with olive oil. Put seasonings on chicken. For example, use chicken rub, garlic powder, creole seasoning, etc. Place chicken in pot on top of rolls of foil. Cook until done.
