Crock Pot Macaroni and Cheese

  • 1 3/4 C. macaroni, cooked and drained
  • 1 12-oz. can evaporated milk
  • 1/4 C. margarine, melted
  • 3 eggs, beaten
  • 3 C. shredded cheese (Colby, Cheddar, etc.)
  • salt and pepper to taste

Mix eggs, milk, and margarine well. Add seasoning, macaroni, and 2 C. cheese. Stir well. Put in crock pot and sprinkle with remaining cheese. Cook covered on low for 3 hours.

Can double recipe for 5-6 quart cooker.
