Crock Pot No Fuss BBQ

You may use your favorite BBQ Sauce. This is excellent with cole slaw and baked beans.

Ingredients

  • 1 Med. size Pork Roast or Pork Loin
  • 4 lbs. depending on your pot crock size
  • 1 Can of Campbell's French Onion Soup
  • 1 Can of Beef Broth
  • 1 Small bottle of Honey Mustard BBQ Sauce Kraft
  • Hamburger Buns

Directions

Put Meat in Crock Pot. Pour French Onion Soup and Beef Broth over Pork.  Cook on low over night 8-10 Hrs. Remove Pork from Crock Pot and shred with 2 Forks. Remove Juices from Crock Pot and save. Put shredded meat back in Crock Pot. Add Back 2 ladles of juice to shredded meat. Add 1/2 of small bottle of Honey Mustard BBQ Sauce to Shredded Meat. Stir to mix.  Keep warm on low temperature, until ready to serve.
