Crock Pot Tacos
Ingredients
- 1 Chuck Roast, or any type of beef that will shred easily when cooked
- 2 bottles favorite salsa
- 1 can of corn, Mexican style
- 1 onion, chopped or to taste
Directions
Put roast in crock pot ,1 1/2 bottle salsa, onion, and corn (do not drain). Cook all day, or 6 to 8 hours. Add water if necessary.
