  • 2 T. oil
  • 2 1/2 lb. boneless bottom blade pot roast, trimmed, sliced into strips
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 green onions, sliced, whites and greens separated
  • 1/4 C. Teriyaki sauce
  • 2 red bell peppers, sliced
  • 1/2 tsp. crushed red pepper
  • 2 T. corn starch
  • 1/2 C. Asian sesame salad dressing
  • 2 C. snow peas, chopped
  • 1/2 C. peanuts or chopped cashews

Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add meat and cook until browned. Add garlic, teriyaki, red bell peppers, crushed red pepper, and whites of the green onion. Transfer to crock pot. Cover and cook on low for five hours. In a bowl, whisk together corn starch and salad dressing until mixed. Stir into crock pot, and also add snow peas and nuts. Cook, uncovered, for another 10 minutes. Top with green onion before serving.
