Crockpot Apple Bread Pudding

Ingredients
- 8 slices brioche, cubed
- 1 stick butter, melted
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/8 teaspoon Kosher salt
- 3/4 cup dark brown sugar, firmly packed
- 4 med. apples, cored and minced (or pureed in the food processor)
- whipped topping, for garnish
- powdered cinnamon, for garnish

Directions
Combine all ingredients, and place into a medium slow-cooker. Cook on low for 4 hours or until apples are tender. Serve with whipped cream and powdered cinnamon on top for garnish.
