Crockpot Beef Roast

A couple unexpected ingredients help tenderize the beef as it cooks.

Ingredients

  • 1 roast, any size
  • 1 can of Campbell's cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can of Campbell's beef and mushroom soup
  • 2 C. of Dr Pepper or any type coke product
  • 1 can of beer, any brand
  • 2 C. of water
  • 2 Tbs. of salt
  • 1 bag of baby carrots
  • add potatoes if needed

Directions

Add all ingredients in a crock pot and cook for 3 1/2 hrs.
