Crockpot Beef Sandwiches
Ingredients
- 1 2 lb. boneless beef roast (your choice)
- 2 large green bell peppers - chopped
- 2 large red bell peppers - chopped
- 3 small onions - peeled and chopped
- 1 can Hunts Italian Chunky tomato sauce
- Italian mixed herbs to taste
- Garlic powder to taste
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- 3 Tbs. balsamic vinegar
Directions
Roughly chop the peppers and onions and put into the bottom of a 5 qt.
crockpot. Lay roast on top and cover with the tomato sauce, seasonings and
vinegar cook on low 8-10 hours Shred beef and serve on crusty bread with the peppers and onions and melted mozzarella/ Parmesan cheese,
