  • 2 lb. beef stew meat, cubed
  • 1/4 C. flour
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. black pepper
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 1 tsp. paprika
  • 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 C. beef broth
  • 3 potatoes, diced
  • 2 carrots, sliced
  • 1 can white beans

Put the meat in the slow cooker. Meanwhile, mix the flour, salt, and pepper in a small bowl. Pour the mixture over the meat and stir until coated. Add the garlic powder, bay leaf, paprika, Worcestershire, onion, broth, potatoes, carrots, and beans and stir well. Cover and cook on low for 10 hours. Pour the soup into freezer safe containers and freeze until you’re ready to serve.
