  • 2 lb. beef, cut in 1" pieces
  • 1/3 C. flour
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 Tbs. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 1/2 C. beef broth
  • 1/4 lb. mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 C. sour cream

Mix flour, salt and pepper in a plastic bag. Add beef and shake until coated. Place meat in bottom of crockpot. Mix garlic, Worcestershire sauce and broth together. Pour over meat. Cover and cook on low for 6 to 8 hours until tender.

Turn heat to high. Add mushrooms. Cover and cook on high for 10 to 15 minutes or until thickened. Stir in sour cream.
