Crockpot Beef Taco Stew

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 to 2 lbs. lean beef stew meat
- two 15-oz. cans pinto beans, undrained
- 1 onion, chopped
- 3 carrots, sliced
- 2 med. potatoes, cubed
- one 1.3-oz. envelope taco seasoning
- two 15-oz. cans Mexican stewed tomatoes
Directions
In a non-stick skillet, brown stew meat. In a large slow cooker, combine stew meat, pinto beans, onion, carrots, potatoes, taco seasoning, and 2 cups water. Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours. Add stewed tomatoes and cook 1 more hour.
