This cobbler is equal parts easy and delicious. All you have to do is whisk together the batter and wait while the wonderful aroma fills the kitchen. If you aren’t a fan of blueberries, switch them out for any type of fruit.

  • 1 C. flour
  • 1 1/4 C. sugar
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/4 C. sour cream
  • 1/4 C. water
  • 2 eggs
  • 3 tsp. lemon juice
  • 2 C. blueberries

Whisk together flour, ¼ C. sugar, baking powder, cinnamon, sour cream, water, eggs, and 1 tsp lemon juice. Whisk until no lumps remain. Pour batter into crockpot. Combine blueberries and remaining juice and sugar. Pour blueberries on top. Cover and cook on low for 2.5-3 hours.
