Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup raisins
  • 1/3 cup pineapples
  • 6oz butter
  • 1/3 cup water
  • 1/2 tsp mixed spice
  • 1.5 tbsp syrup
  • 5 tbsp brown sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 1/4 cups flour
  • 1/4 cup self raising flour
  • 1/2 tsp carbonated soda
  • Non-stick cooking spray

Directions

Mix spice, fruits, syrup, and sugar into a bowl
Melt butter on a pan and pour fruit mixture into the pan. Let simmer for 2 minutes.
After allowing mixture to cool, mix eggs, flours, and soda into the fruit mixture until all ingredients are combined.
Spray crockpot with cooking spray
Pour all ingredients into crockpot
Cover and bake for 4 hours on low
