Some might find it odd to slow cook seafood, but the taste is worthwhile with this quick and easy recipe! Serve with a side of your favorite marinara sauce.

  • 2 lbs. clean squid, chopped
  • 3 Tbs. olive oil
  • 2 C. seasoned bread crumbs
  • 1/2 C. parmesan cheese, grated
  • 2 cloves garlic, crushed

In small bowl, mix bread crumbs, cheese and garlic in 3 Tbs. olive oil. Use a teaspoon to fill squid pieces. Close top with toothpick. Saute in olive oil until body shrinks for about 2 minutes. Turn several times when cooking. Place stuffed squid in crockpot on low for 4 to 5 hours. Enjoy!
