  • 1 head of cauliflower, cut
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 carrot, grated
  • ½ C. celery, chopped
  • ½ T. Worcestershire sauce
  • 4 C. chicken stock
  • 1 C. cheddar cheese
  • 2 C. half and half
  • Green onion, chopped
  • Crispy bacon, crumbled
  • Salt
  • Pepper

In the crockpot, put in the cauliflower, onion, carrot, chicken stock, and celery. Let it cook for 4-5 hours on a high setting. Puree the mixture until you are happy with the consistency. Set the crockpot on the low setting. Blend in the cream, Worcestershire, pepper, salt, and cheese. Let its cook until cheese melts. When ready to serve top it with bacon and green onion.
