Crockpot Chicken Enchiladas
Ingredients
- 1 can cream chicken
- 1 can cream celery
- 6 C. cooked chicken cubed or shredded
- 1 C. sour cream
- Other Ingredients
- Shredded Cheese any blend
- Enchilada Sauce
- Corn Tortillas
Directions
Layer ingredients in this order:
Red sauce
Tortillas
Chicken, soup, and sour cream mixed together
Shredded cheese
Repeat until all gone and then end with extra cheese on top.
Directions
Let cook in the crockpot on low for about 5 hrs. I put a little veggie oil on the bottom and sides before I started just helps to keep it from sticking. They don't look real pretty because they are kind of just a casserole but mmmm mmm good. You can use fat free or light stuff too.
