Crockpot Chicken Lickin' Good Pork Chops

Chicken soup makes these breaded pork chops flavorful and juicy.

Ingredients

  • 6-8 lean pork chops, 1 inch thick
  • 1/2 C. flour
  • 1 Tbs. salt
  • 1 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
  • 2 Tbs. oil
  • 1 10 oz can chicken rice soup or cream of chicken soup (diluted w/ 1/3 C. water)

Directions

Mix dry ingredients. Dredge pork chops in mixture. Brown in oil in large skillet. Place browned pork chops in crockpot. Add can of soup. Cover and cook 6-8 hours

  • My husband has a gluten allergy so I used corn starch instead of flour. I also used Progresso chicken and rice soup (which is also gluten free). It was so good he ate it for 3 days straight!

  • I make this alot. I call it Brasied Porkchops, it comes out very delicious, espcially good with Gloria's Mashed Potatoes, or noodles.
