  • 3 -4 boneless skinless chicken breast diced into bite size pieces
  • 2 10oz. cans cream of chicken soup
  • 1 C. 2% milk
  • 4 Med. Russet potatoes
  • 1 10oz. package frozen peas and carrots
  • 1 small yellow onion chopped finely
  • 2 T. garlic powder
  • Fresh ground black pepper to taste
  • 2 T. onion powder
  • 1 package premade pie crust roll

Grease the crockpot heavily with butter and place 1 of the pie crust in the bottom, molding it to the shape of the dish. In a bowl combine all the ingredients and stir until well combined. Pour mixture into crockpot inside the pie crust. Lay the other pie crust dough over the filling creating the top part of the pot pie. Press a fork around the edges of the pie crust to create the crust imprint. Cook on medium for 4 1/2 -5 hours and serve.
