  • 1 lb. cooked chicken breast halves, diced
  • 3 cans chicken broth
  • 1/2 C. water
  • 2 C. frozen mixed vegetables
  • 1 C. white rice
  • 1 Tbsp. dried parsley
  • 2 tsp. lemon & herb seasoning
