  • 10 oz. enchilada sauce
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder
  • 2 C. water
  • 1 can chicken broth
  • 1 tsp. chili powder
  • 10 oz. frozen corn
  • 1 Tbs. cilantro, diced
  • 2 C. tortilla strips
