  • 2 lb. lean ground beef
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
  • 1 can diced tomatoes
  • 1 can chili beans
  • 1 can yellow corn
  • 1 can tomato sauce
  • 2 Tbsp. chili powder
  • 1 tsp. ground cumin
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper

Brown the beef and cook the onion in a skillet for about 10 minutes while stirring. Combine the beef, onion, and remaining ingredients in a slow cooker and mix well. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours until the soup is warmed. Freeze the soup in small containers to eat it whenever you choose.
