Crockpot Chipotle Lime Chicken Tacos

- 1 lb Ground Chicken
- 1/8 tsp Chipotle Chili Powder
- 1 envelope Taco Seasoning
- Kosher Salt and Freshly Ground Black Pepper
- 1 ½ C Red Salsa
- 1 small jar Roasted Red Peppers, diced
- 1 Onion, chopped
- 1 bag Frozen Corn
- Fresh Cilantro, chopped
- Lime Wedges, for serving
Begin this crockpot chipotle lime chicken taco recipe by placing all your ingredients except for the corn and cilantro into your crockpot. Stir well to combine, cover and cook on low for three to four hours.
