  • 1 3.4 oz. package Instant Chocolate Pudding Mix
  • 4 Eggs
  • 1 C. Semisweet Chocolate Chips
  • 1 C. Nonfat Plain Yogurt
  • 3/4 C. Vegetable Oil
  • 1 16 oz. can Chocolate Frosting

Line a large crockpot with parchment paper. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cake mix, pudding mix, eggs, chocolate chips, yogurt, and vegetable oil with 1 cup of water, and mix until fully combined. Pour the batter into the crockpot and cook on high for 3-4 hours or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the cake comes out clean. When cake is cool enough to handle, slice in half widthwise, creating two cake layers. Place one cake layer on a serving plate. Coat cake layer with chocolate frosting. Layer the second half of the cake on top and coat with remaining frosting.
