Ingredients

  • 4 large eggs
  • 3 cups of heavy cream
  • ½ tablespoon of salt
  • 1 cup of semi chocolate chips
  • ¼ cup of marshmallow cream

Directions

In a medium pan, combine the eggs, heavy cream and whisk thoroughly. Add the salt and continue stirring. Heat the mixture in a low heat.


Add the chocolate chips in the egg mixture and increase the heat. Cover it for 20 minutes until the chocolate chips have completely melted. Whisk the mixture to obtain a smooth paste.


Pour the mixture into a crockpot on a high setting.


Continue whisking intermittently for 1 hour 20 minutes in a lower heat until the edges becomes a bit rigid while the center is still runny.


Remove from the heat and stir the pudding.


Serve and spread the top with marshmallow cream.
