  • 1 (32-oz.) can clams, reserve juice
  • 1 large onion, diced
  • 4 stalks celery, diced
  • 6 potatoes, peeled and cubes
  • 6 C. half & half
  • 2 Tbs. flour
  • 2 bay leaves
  • 2 Tbs. dried parsley

Cook onion and celery until translucent. Add flour and stour. Pour in crockpot. Add clam juice and potatoes to crockpot. Add water on top. Add bay leaves. Cover and cook on high for 4 hours. Remove bay leaves and add half & half. Cook for 30 more minutes. Mix with clams and parsley.
