Ingredients
- 6 Ears of Corn, shucked and divided into 3-4 pieces each
- 4 Tbs. Olive Oil
- 4 Tbs. Lemon Juice

Directions
Drizzle the sliced corn cobs with the olive oil and lemon juice. Tightly wrap each piece of corn up in aluminum foil. Arrange corn cobs in crockpot. Cook on high for 2 hours.
