  • 1 Cream of Chicken soup can
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 8 oz. carton sour cream
  • 2 lbs. potatoes, peeled and cubed
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar Jack cheese

In a bowl, combine soup, water and sour cream and mix well. Pour potatoes and cheese in crockpot. Spread creamy mixture over potatoes. Cover and cook on low for 8-9 hours.
