Ingredients

  • 3/4 C. water
  • 2 Tbs. cocoa
  • 2 1/2 C. brownie mix
  • 1 egg
  • 1 Tbs. soft margarine
  • 1/4 C. water
  • 1/2 C. Raspberries
  • Extra raspberries for garnish
  • Store bought whipped cream

Directions

Combine all ingredients (except for the store bought frosting) in a small bowl. Mix together well. Spread the batter evenly in the bottom of a lightly buttered slow cooker. Pour boiling mixture over the batter. Cover and cook on high for 2 hours. Turn heat off and let stand another 30 minutes. Spoon into dessert dishes while warm and top with raspberries and whipped cream.
