  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1 large banana
  • 1 1/2 C. milk
  • 2 C. rolled oats
  • 1/2 C. ground flaxseed
  • 2 tsp. ground cinnamon
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 C. raisins

Blend the eggs, vanilla, banana, and milk in a blender until combined. In another bowl whisk together the rest of the ingredients except the raisins. Pour the dry ingredients into the wet ones and mix until incorporated. Lay parchment paper in a slow cooker and spread the batter on top. Sprinkle the raisins over the top and cover. Cook on low 8 hours. Lift the bars out with the paper and cut into bars before serving.
