  • 2 refrigerated pie crusts
  • 2 1/2 C. shredded cheddar cheese, divided
  • 1 C. chopped ham
  • 3 green onions, chopped
  • 6 large eggs
  • 1 C. whipping cream
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1/8 tsp. nutmeg

Directions

Arrange the pie crusts in the bottom of your crock pot and trim the edges. Cover and cook on high for 1 1/2 hours. Spread 2 cups cheese, green onions, and ham across the pie crust. Combine the eggs, whipping cream, salt, pepper, and nutmeg in a bowl. Pour the mixture over the pie crust and add the rest of the cheese on top. Cover and cook on high another 1 1/2 hours until the filling is set. Let the quiche stand 5 minutes before serving.
