Crockpot Italian Sausage and Bean Soup

Ingredients
- 1 lb. hot Italian sausage
- 1 onion, chopped
- one 15-oz. cans Italian stewed tomatoes
- two 5-oz. cans black beans, rinsed and drained
- two 15-oz. cans navy beans, liquid reserved
- two 14-oz. cans beef broth
- 1 tsp. minced garlic
- 1 tsp. dried basil
Directions
Cut Italian sausage into 1/2-inch pieces. In skillet, brown Italian sausage and onion, drain, and transfer to a 5- to 6-quart crockpot. Stir in stewed tomatoes, black beans, navy beans, beef broth, garlic, and basil. Mix well. Cover and cook on low for 5 to 7 hours.
