  • 1 Lemon Cake Mix
  • 1 box Lemon Jello
  • 3 Eggs
  • 1 ½ C Unsweetened Apple Sauce
  • ½ C Orange Juice
  • 6 tbs Confectioners’ Sugar
  • ½ C Lemon Juice
  • 1 Premade Pie Crust

Spray your slow cooker with cooking spray. Mix the first five ingredients together and then transfer to your crockpot. Cover and cook on low for two hours or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.

Turn off your crockpot and poke holes all over the cake. Mix together the confectioners’ sugar and the lemon juice. Pour this mixture on top of the pie and allow the cake to completely cool.

Transfer the filling to your pie crust. Refrigerate for at least two hours before serving.
