  • one 32-oz. pkg. frozen meatballs
  • two 15-oz. cans stewed tomatoes
  • 3 lg. potatoes
  • 4 carrots, peeled and sliced
  • 2 med. onions, chopped
  • two 14-oz. cans beef broth
  • 2 Tbs. cornstarch
  • salt and pepper, to taste

In a sprayed 6-quart crockpot, combine meatballs, tomatoes, potatoes, carrots, onions, beef broth, salt, pepper, and 1 cup water.  Cover and cook on low for 5-6 hours.  Turn heat to high and combine cornstarch with 1/4 cup water.  Pour into cooker and cook another 10-15 minutes or until slightly thick.
