  • 1 C. reduced sugar orange preserves
  • 1/3 C. low-sodium soy sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/8 tsp. ground ginger
  • 1 orange, thinly sliced

Grease the inside of your crockpot and arrange your choice of chicken into the bottom. Generously season with salt and pepper. Scatter the orange slices around and between the chicken pieces. In a medium bowl, mix together orange preserves, soy sauce, garlic, and ginger. Pour mixture over the chicken, cover, and cook on low for five hours. Transfer to plates and serve immediately.
