  • 6 oz. frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed
  • 3 whole chickens, chopped into pieces
  • 1/2 tsp. ground marjoram
  • ¼ tsp. ground nutmeg
  • ½ tsp. garlic powder
  • 1/4 C. water
  • 2 Tbsp. cornstarch

Combine the orange juice with the marjoram, garlic powder, and nutmeg in a bowl. Dip each piece of chicken into the mixture and coat. Place them in the slow cooker and pour the rest of the juice on top. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours. Remove the chicken to a serving dish and pour the rest of the sauce into a pot. Mix the cornstarch and water and add to the pot. Cook over medium while stirring until thickened. Serve the chicken with the sauce and a dash of black pepper.
