Crockpot Poached Eggs

- 12 fresh eggs
- approximately 1/2 gal scalding hot water
- cooking spray
Pour about 1/3 of an inch of the hot water into the slow cooker. Replace the lid, switch to high, and allow to heat for 30 minutes.
Coat 12 small ramekins with cooking spray (make sure they are heat-proof). Break each egg into the greased ramekins. Cook on high for 15 minutes for runny yolks, 20 minutes for firmer yolks.
