  • 1 boneless pork shoulder, fat trimmed
  • 1/2 C. chicken broth
  • 2 C. barbecue sauce
  • 3 Tbsp. honey
  • 2 Tbsp. soy sauce

Place the pork in the slow cooker and add the broth. Cover and cook on low about 8 hours. Once the meat is fork tender, shred it and return to the slow cooker. Stir in the barbecue sauce, honey, and soy sauce. Season with salt and pepper if desired and serve on top of hamburger buns.
