  • 8 boneless pork chops
  • 2 cans of tomato sauce
  • ½ tsp. cayenne pepper
  • 2 tsp. ground cinnamon
  • 2 tsp. chili powder
  • 1 T. cumin
  • 2 T. garlic powder
  • 3 T. onion powder
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Start you crockpot and set in on a low setting. In a bowl, mix all of the ingredients, except for the pork chops. Place the pork chops into the crockpot with the mixture. Cook for 6 hours in the crockpot. Shred the pork chops with a fork. Place the shredded pork chops back into the crockpot and mix everything up. Serve over a warm hamburger bun. Top it off with avocados, red onions and tomatoes. Enjoy!
