Crockpot Red Beef Curry

- 1/2 lb. ground beef
- 1/2 C. beef broth
- 1 (10-oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 onion, coarsely chopped
- 1 red bell pepper, julienned
- 2 Tbs. red curry paste
- 1 1/2 tsp. curry powder
- 1/4 tsp. ground ginger

Brown ground beef in sauce pan. Spray vegetable cooking spray on 5-qt. slow cooker. Mix beef and remaining ingredients in crockpot. Cover and cook on low for 3 to 4 hours.
